These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between gobahis and its registered players. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active gobahis account. The Company employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identity document, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gobahis login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gobahis will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify gobahis support immediately.
All gobahis accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at the time of registration and cannot be changed thereafter.
gobahis accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Debit Card, and USDT TRC20. The availability of any specific payment method may vary from time to time based on operational or regulatory considerations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. gobahis does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from payment methods not registered to the Player will be reversed where possible and may trigger an account review. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals of funds that have not satisfied applicable bonus wagering requirements will not be authorised until those requirements are met.
gobahis processes withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably practicable. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are generally processed within the same business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. gobahis is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
gobahis operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal and to place temporary holds on funds pending verification. Players must not use the gobahis Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
All bets are subject to acceptance by gobahis. The Company reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons. A bet is only confirmed once an explicit confirmation message has been displayed on the Platform. Verbal or informal confirmations, whether by live chat or otherwise, do not constitute bet acceptance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per selection. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by gobahis at any time. gobahis also reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns are identified as abusive or inconsistent with recreational play.
gobahis reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where the bet was placed on a suspended or incorrectly priced market; where the outcome of an event is determined to have been manipulated; where a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered; or where any other circumstances arise that the Company reasonably determines render settlement of the bet unfair or inaccurate.
In-play cricket, football, and other live markets are offered subject to the availability of reliable real-time data. gobahis may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted during a market suspension or in the period immediately preceding an in-play event outcome may be voided where gobahis determines that material information asymmetry existed at the time of placement.
All betting markets are settled in accordance with the gobahis sport-specific settlement rules, which are available within the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the result of a market, the decision of gobahis following review of available evidence shall be final. gobahis reserves the right to re-settle any market where an error in original settlement is identified.

Bonus funds credited to a gobahis account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from them.
gobahis strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk ("hedging"); and using bonuses in combination with Martingale or other progression staking systems in a manner the Company identifies as abusive. Where bonus abuse is identified, gobahis reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
gobahis is required under international gaming and anti-money laundering standards to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and at any other point the Company considers appropriate. Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.
All content on the gobahis Platform — including but not limited to the gobahis brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of gobahis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of gobahis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gobahis shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with use of the Platform, even where gobahis has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gobahis does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Betting and gambling involve risk. Players accept full responsibility for the financial consequences of their betting decisions. gobahis does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of winning outcomes.
gobahis reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent activity is suspected; regulatory requirements so demand; or continued operation of the account would be contrary to the Company's legitimate business interests or legal obligations.
Players may request closure of their gobahis account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Any dispute arising from the operation of the gobahis Platform or the application of these Terms must first be submitted to the gobahis Customer Support team. Players are required to provide a clear written description of the dispute including relevant account details, bet references, and dates. gobahis will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
gobahis's decision following a dispute review shall be final, except where an escalation pathway to the Company's licensing authority is available under the terms of the applicable gaming licence. In such cases, Players retain the right to escalate unresolved disputes through that regulatory channel.
Players must submit any dispute within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be considered.
gobahis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, gobahis will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the gobahis Platform after any updated Terms become effective constitutes the Player's acceptance of those updated Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which gobahis operates. Players access the gobahis Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to and shall not be construed to limit any rights a Player may have under any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
